Angela worked for many years in Human Resources management positions with several well known Corporations. She loved the work, and the ability it afforded her to interact with her co-workers while assisting them with career making decisions.
Angela started by placing her license with Gallagher and Lindsey, a 35-year old family-owned local independent real estate firm with a sterling reputation. She quickly made rookie of the year, then she garnered the Silver Club award, reserved only for the company's top agents.
Since starting, she's found the most surprising thing about this business is how labor-intensive it is. She sometimes find herself devoting hundreds of hours to a single sale. The emotional gratification, however, is more than worth the effort. There is nothing like seeing her clients' eyes light up when they walk into the perfect home she's found for them, or having sellers move on with their lives after having sold their home for top dollar.
Today she's working harder than ever before as the client base expands into an ever-widening circle of delighted buyers, sellers and friends. That's because being a RealtorŪ doesn't feel like a job to her. Instead it is an opportunity to help friends and family achieve their dreams of home ownership.
While working full time with buyers and sellers she has managed to put in extra time in continuing education programs. She has earned industry certifications as Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Internet Certified Professional (e-Pro) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Angela also has other great credentials including President Elect, Alameda Association of Realtors and Member of the Board of Directors, California Association of Realtors.
